☀️SUN SAFETY TIPS

Dr. Rajan recommends the following sun safety tips:

• Protect your skin and eyes by seeking shade
• Wear broad-spectrum sunscreen (SPF 30 or higher
• Cover up with UV-blocking sunglasses, long-sleeve layers, and wide-brimmed hats.
• Always apply sunscreen 15 minutes before going out and reapply every two hours, or after swimming.
